When i open my scribe file it's unable to open again in VideoScribe Software. Please help me now...

Hi Anish,

Please let me know the name of the scribe that is not opening and I can take a look for you (assuming that it is saved to your online (cloud) directory).

As Matthew suggested in his previous reply,

please save it to the cloud folder and tell customer support the name of it.

or provide a much more detailed description of the problem.
