It always said " for some reason, we can't upload your video to youtube. Please check your internet connection". It happen many times. I have restart and re-upload many times but the result is still the same. What am I suppose to do?

I would recommend that you save a copy of your project to the cloud folder and raise a support ticket to ask customer support for help. Customer support works monday through friday during UK business hours.
If you are using a free trial I would also recommend that you save a copy of your project as a .scribe file so you have a portable backup copy in case your free trial runs out. you can attach the .scribe here in this thread if you want help from other users.
If you are a paying user, publish your project as an MOV video and then upload it to youtube using your web browser and youtube.com.
