Hi,

I am currently having problems moving images on my video. 

Despite this being my 12th videoscribe video and not having experienced these problems before, for some reason I have been unable to move any images on the page. A red box appears and it will only allow me to increase or decrease the size or rotate the image rather than move it.

I have tried deleting and reposting the image but this doesn't seem to change anything.

Under some time pressure so some help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe it is too small for you to click on it without hitting the corner handles or the rotate handle in the center. If that is the problem, you can use the plus icon in the lower left corner to zoom in closer.

Or try selecting the image and then pressing the arrow keys on your keyboard to move it.

If you think something else is wrong you can save your project to the cloud folder and Raise a Ticket to ask customer support to look at it during regular UK business hours.
