I could not save the videoscribe ,no matter how many times I edited,

That looks beautiful! It seems as though you have about 30 photos.

One of the most likely causes for your problem could be your total combined file size. (I think videoscribe can only use up to 1.7 GB or RAM so it may stop working properly as it approaches that limit). As a very rough estimate, I would suggest that if you have any images that are more than 500kb, you should resave a new copy of them at a smaller file size, and import the new copy into videoscribe to replace the old one. If you are familiar with image editing, you might be able to reduce the image sizes and file sizes down to about the 100-300 KB range withut any noticable loss of visual quality.

I just thought of one easier thing you could try. If you have an mp3 audio file or music in your project, you could try removing it and then try to save again. removing the audio might free up enpugh memory to allow you to save the project.

Always save locally on your computer FIRST, then save a copy to the cloud folder if you wish to have a copy saved online. You can also save your project as a .scribe file as an extra backup file.

If you are able to save to the cloud or save a .scribe file and attach it here, then customer support or videoscribe users can take a closer look at your project.

Mike ,thanks.

I think I may have to open a new file and start it over gain.

No matter I replace the photos with the smaller size ,but it still doesn't save.

And thank you for the advice ,I saved a .scribe in my computer ,but I could not attach it here.

Exceeds attachments size(Not Added)

If it was too big to attach here, then the image file sizes, or the audio file size might be the problem.

If you want to upload that .scribe file to a file sharing site such as dropbox and post a link here, someone might still be able to look at it for you.

Just to clarify, when you wrote that you were unable to save it, did you mean
1) you could not save the project file to your computer, or
2) did you mean you could not render a video (wmv, or mov, or avi) or
3) did you mean you could not publish it to youtube?

Hi Yuanyuan,

I responded to your support ticket.

Hello, I am getting the same problem for saving the video I have made on the trial version.
I can only save online but neither on my deskstop nor in powerpoint version.

Could you please help?

If you would like us to take a look at your scribe, please save the scribe to your online directory (cloud icon), open a support ticket and let us know the name of the scribe.
