Yes, if it's not responding and has been that way for a while you will have to force close the application. When you log back in you will get the opportunity to load the scribe from the backup.
If it's failing on audio processing, try removing the soundtrack before rendering, save the scribe (without the soundtrack) add it back on, save again and then try rendering again.
If that doesn't work, do as Mike said and save your work to the cloud, raise a ticket and we'll take a look for you.

I am having trouble exporting my scribe to powerpoint. It says processing audio and on the top of the screen it says it is not responding. I have saved the scribe to the online folder. However, when I tried to log on from another computer since the other one in not responding, it does not show me the scribe.
I do not want to log out because I am afraid I will lose a days work.
Please advise ASAP.
