I tried to use the record function at first, it was not working. Then I tried to put some MP3 on my computer into the project, it's still not working. There's no sound while playing it. What's the problem?

There could be problems with your project or with the mp3 or your speakers or a bluetooth device redirecting the sound or other causes...
Can you save your project (with the mp3 in it) as a .scribe file and attach it here?
or you can save it to the cloud folder and Raise a Ticket to ask customer support for help.
