drawing bought, not received

Hi Dear Videoscribe,

this morning I bought a drawing, but in the process of buying I got a notification that something went wrong. However, I did receive a payment confirmation. What are the steps I can take? It was a drawing of almost 10 euro, so it is worth to know how I will get my drawing or my payment.

You should probably Raise a Support Ticket  to contact customer support directly, and explain what you wrote here. Maybe they can just give you a credit or add the image to an online saved scribe for you or something.
