I was testing the free version and when creating my project I take the big surprise that when I download it to my pc appears .scribe because it does not let me upload the project to youtube or facebook because it does not recognize the file and says it is not compatible.

Unfortunately the free version does not allow you to perform these processes correctly so that you are satisfied and able to acquire the purchase.

Sounds like there is a problem with your project.

Either attach the .scribe here if you want help from videoscribe users or save your project to the cloud folder and Raise a Ticket to get help from customer support.

You can't upload a .scribe file to YouTube or Facebook because it is not a video file. A .scribe file can only be opened in VideoScribe. To publish your scribe to Facebook and YouTube you need to follow the instructions in the help article Render and share scribes.
