I have a account of Videoscribe and want to edit 

a video I made with my partner 

who have Videoscribe's account, too.

So, Can I share and edit one video with other person.

in addition to saving projects locally and to the cloud, you can save a project as a .scribe file to a location of your choice on your computer.

the .scribe file can be transferred to other computer and shared with other users and then imported back into someone else's Videoscribe program.

Only one person should work on the project at a time, and then the updated .scribe file should be passed to the next person who wants to work on it. Changes made on multiple computers will not "sync"  or automatically update each other, so if five people work on 5 copies at the same time you will end up with five different versions.
