How to add  Arabic font 

Please see the helpful help article entitled Write with non-Western text characters for information about what alphabets are supported and what to do if the one you want to use isn't.

I believe that Videoscribe does not natively support right-to-left text or connected fonts at this time.

you can import Arabic fonts that are on your computer but the letter will be separated I think.

In that same thread, there is a program made by Otto Bergsma that might also be worth trying.
