Videoscribe 2.3.6, Max OSX

When exporting the video (including audiofile), it takes a couple of hours to export and then on the last 0% it stops, saying "00:00 left to export" and stays there indefinitely. There is no trace of an exported file.

This is happening now regularly.

What's wrong?

1) Please be more specific about the type of video file, the resolution  etc.

2) I think videoscribe shows the word "PUBLISH" not "EXPORT" when publishing a video. Maybe you are exporting a .scribe file or doing something else? Please be very specific with any error messages.

3) what is your global quality setting  (close all projects then click the gear/cog icon in the lower right corner of the videoscribe screen)? If it is higher than 1000, try a setting between 600 and 1000.

4) How long is your project?

5) try publishing your video to sho.co instead of publishing locally on your computer.

6) You can save your project to the cloud folder and raise a ticket to ask customer support for help
