Sho video not playing as it does in Videoscribe : Account

Hi there,

My video is playing perfectly in Videoscribe but once shared onto Sho or downloaded as a video file I start having issues with on particular section:

- text being paused (even though there is no pause/transition or animation time against it in Videoscribe)

- Slides being zoomed out even though they are zoomed in and paused in Videoscribe.

As mentioned its working perfectly in videoscribe. Please help!

probably this: Video not publishing (rendering) as it appears in preview

otherwise save the project to the cloud folder and raise a ticket
