My pc will be updated next week. This means I need to reinstall the videocribe program. I have a one year licence. How do I do this the easiest way?

1) if your computer is going to be replaced , you should probably open videoscribe and copy all of your projects to the cloud folder (online).  You can access your online files from any computer using your same login information in videoscribe.

2) I believe you can also install videoscribe on the new computer , then before making any new projects, find the VIDEOSCRIBEDESKTOP folder on your old computer and copy it to the same location on the new computer.  Check to make sure that all your videoscribe files work on the new computer before erasing the old computer.
