Subscription purchase error


We are experiencing some issues this afternoon (01/03/2017) where some purchases made on the site are not showing on customers accounts. If you are effected by this please raise a support ticket and the team will correct this for you as quickly as possible. We are of course working on fixing the issue as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.



This issue was resolved around 19:00 on 01/03/2017 and we have checked all subscriptions purchased during the outage to make sure there are no residual issues.
