I've been trying to upload to Facebook however  the video just hangs.

I have now uploaded to YouTube and then uploaded that to Facebook. Everything was fine , the video was visible etc however today the video is now ' no longer available' even though i can see the video on Youtube and its public 

any ideas ? 

Any reason it might violate a facebook policy?

If not, just share it again.
