I have tried to upload a logo but for some reason it doesnt pick up the file from my c Drive yet when doing the same thing in the presentation its fine

any ideas ?

If I understand correctly, you can import videoscribe library images into your project but you cannot import a logo from your hard drive into your project.

Please attach the problem image here. Videsocribe can import SVG, jpg, png and animated gif images.

If the problem is different that what I describe, please describe it more clearly.

If you'd like to add a logo watermark to your scribe then it needs to be in PNG format. Please read the article Adding a logo watermark in VideoScribe for instructions and limitations.

Is the size of the logo fixed when it is published? 

I wanted the watermark logo to be slightly smaller in size, but though I uploaded PNG files of varying widths, in the rendered file the logo images had the same size.

I would really like to be able to make the logo smaller...I tried, but the smaller I made mylogp, all it did was reduce the quality and kept the same size. 

Since I use a lot of text, losing a large area for the logo, is not ideal.
