I downloaded video scribe. I created a video of three minutes. I saved it and the other time I open it, it loads and the app crashes. I tried a lot but the video isn't opening. I have a iOS device. Please help. Need the video urgently.

Save a copy of your project to the cloud folder (online) and raise a support ticket asking customer support to determine what is wrong with your project.
