My mp3 file just won't play.

Loading the file was successful, but I can't hear the sound.

The name of the file is not too long and written in alphabets only, so I don't think

the file name is the issue.

Please help me out.

attach the mp3 here please.

It's this file.. thank you in advance! :)

I was able to play the file in my default windows audio player.

However, if I try to play it in my web browser, the browser says that the file is corrupt.

When I view the file properties, they do not show a bitrate or length.

I opened it in an audio editing program called Audacity, but the file could not be played and it showed a length of .024 seconds instead of the correct length of 47 seconds.

I believe that the program you used to save the mp3 may be using some save settings that are incompatible with videoscribe.

If you are able to open the mp3 in your audio editing program and re-save it with settings for higher quality or compatibility with more programs, then it may work for you in videoscribe.

Thank you so much! I was able to attach the file after conveting the mp3 file into a new one by using another app program as you told me and it is finally working!! You made my day!

GREAT! thank you for sharing your results!
