I'm having trouble exporting my video as a wmp.

I go through the entire 20 minute process only for it to say "Video Cannot Render" at the very end.

I looked through some of the topics on the community and had no luck. I tried saving as a new name, restarting the program/my computer, even waited 24 hours.

Please help!

1) save your project to your cloud folder and fill out a support ticket asking customer support for help
or
2) save your project as a .scribe file and attach it here to ask users for help
or
3) work your way through this troubleshooting guide
