I have saved a scribe on the cloud as 'ADHD' and the thumbnail looks like the right scribe. However when I go to open it, the 'Oxygen therapy' scribe opens up instead. I do not understand.
I would like to say that I love this software, but the amount of problems I have had with it is unbelievable. I am preserving because how much I like it, and I am troubleshooting through all the problems where I can. E.g. not being able to save all my scribes on the cloud; I have had to delete ones as I create more.
