I Have paid the annual fee, but when I downloaded video scribe I cannot access it. I created my account using google and still cannot log in on the downloaded version, online I can (thanks to password memory) but not on the downloaded version. how do i resolve this issue?

Just out of curiosity,  can you link to any information anywhere about how to create a videoscribe account using google?  I've never heard anything about that. Do you mean a gmail account?

if you don't remember your email, check which email account received a notification email when you made a payment.
