Saving my whiteboard animation to a movie file

I have created my animation but every time I save my animation to a Movie file it throws one animation in particular out off sync. I have set the camera position and grouped the other two images to come on at the same time and it all looks fine when I play back my animation but looks different when I save it to a movie file. Please can anyone help!

I think videoscribe version 2.3.6 has fixed most of these problems

2.3.6 will still render a video incorrectly if a text element with a 0 second Animate time is followed by another (text or image) element that has 0 second Animate time. Any pause and transition time are ignored for the first element on the rendered video.

A workaround for now is to add 0.1 seconds to the Animate time and removing the hand of either element.
