i can not select a backround music. i just can hear it when i klick on it. What should i do? The voice over also doesnt work.

if your voiceover is an mp3, remove it, save your scribe, close and restart videoscribe and then try to add the voiceover  and music again.

If that does not help then you may want to save your project to the cloud folder and ask customer support to look at it.
