I have imported 2 logo jpegs....one renders correctly with clean edges, the other has very pixelated edges. I have tried both png and jpeg...both give the same jagged result. Here is a link to the Videoscribe test:

what is your default image quality set at (cloce scribes then click gear in lower right corner of videoscribe)

I'm gonna guess it's the image with the width of 2000 that looks ok in the video that i can't see. is that correct?

Unfortunately all of them were pixelated edges...we just lived with the result since we had a tight deadline. Thanks for jumping on the reply though...always appreciate your help.

My experience is that the 7-eleven-brand png would import well, because the 2000 width matches the default image quality of 2000
and the REWARDS images which are 1015 wide might not look as good.
If that matches the results you saw, maybe you can avoid problems in the future.
