PNG file in Video is not showing up once exported as .mov : Account

I have a test video that has a .png image. Plays fine in Videoscribe but when exported it does not show up at all. I tried exporting as HD and 720, but both do not show image. Help.

It was something with the image. We replaced and everything worked fine. Thanks.
