is there a possibility to change soundtracks through the video or its just one soundtrack you can use for a project?

Currently you can add 2 audio tracks. usually 1 voicoever and one music. They both start at the start of the scribe

if you want to do any audio editing, do it in a separate audio program before you add the sound files to your scribe.
