Is it possible to combine the animaiton with the transition.

I would like to create similar effect to the one in this clip (not created in videoscribe): http://rosettagx.com/ (click on 'play RGX video').

if it's impossible, is there a good way to create something similar?

You would need to create your scribe project within the scope of whats available and then do some post production work in a specialist video editing program to achieve those types of effects
