I have not been able to find a reference to the VideoScribe logo & watermark which appears in the lower left hand of projects.

What are the requirements that the watermark is included in any presentations I create which makes use of project elements I have created with my account?

Do the requirements differ for subscription vs. trial use?

no watermark is added to videos if you are a pro member.

trial and educational licenses include the watermark.

I have just subscribed to VideoScribe Pro and have completed a project on the trial version.  Please help me to take out the watermark now that I have upgraded.

if you have successfully upgraded,
just log out and log back in and re-render your video.

if, instead of upgrading, you created a new account with different login information, then you have a problem.

You can Raise a Ticket to contact customer support if you can't get it to work.
