Hello -  

I uploaded a jpg of our logo. VideoScribe seems to add a large white/gray box around the image.  So, when it animates, the "coloring in" includes a much larger image area than the simple graphic.  I've attached a screen shot.  Is there a way to crop out the large white/gray box around the image or not have it be part of the image when I upload it?

(doesn't seem to be the same image. No blue gradient.)

My guess is that you are choosing the wrong drawing style when you import the image.
import the image again and select the top middle drawing style.
