what i edited is not what seen on output (youtube)

hi, I am just seeking some feedback about how i could improve my video editing method in the future, so that it is consistenet

here is my youtube video output looks like

which has bassil and chef picture missing

and what is actually on the videoscribe editing platform

i guess it may due to the picture format etc

your help is appreciatred.
