i got subscribed to sparkol and i created a video but i m unable to download it. how can i download this video to my desktop?

if you mean that you don't know how to render a video: how to publish or render a scribe project 
read the last sentence in that other page in particular

if you mean you are experiencing a crash, freeze or some other error: save your project to the cloud folder and tell customer support the name of it, and describe the problem much more clearly.

or save your project as a .scribe file and attach it here if you want help from me or other users.

I cannot download by video via sho.co. The video is not downloading onto that platform. Pls can you assist urgently.

If you are using a free trial, you do not have the option to publish to Sho.co

You can save your project online and raise a ticket to ask customer support for help. Be sure to provide a more detailed description of the problem including any error messages or specific symptoms.
