Hola, acabo de descargar la versión prueba y descargué mi video en powerpoint. En mi pc lo pude reprodudcir perfectamente, entonces guardé el archivo en una memoria usb. El día de hoy conecté la usb a otra pc, y al momento de reproducirlo en porwepoint me dice Error de reproducción, que puedo hacer?

I think that you did not provide enough information about the new pc to determine why it cannot play the powerpoint file. Please provide the exact error message as well as the operating system of the computer.

Please understand that the powerpoint file contains a video file, so.... if the new PC cannot play the video file in the powerpoint file, you will see an error.

You should compare the versions of powerpoint installed on the two PCs. You should also compare the other video players that are installed on the two PCs as well as the operating systems. I'm not certain, but I believe that the video in the powerpoint file is a wmv video, so you might want to install the newest version of windows media player on the new PC.  If the embedded video is MOV then you might need to install a newer video player for that file type. You may also want to install the newest version of powerpoint or the newest free powerpoint player if that is what you are using.

Customer  support may have other suggestions for you to try.

 hola, hace ya dos dias intento descargar el archivo en mi pc y no puedo sera que me puden dar solucion a ello o me pueden decir como hago para editar en linea? es urgente necesito descargar el archivo ya!
