I'm trying to use the online pictures, however it isn't allowing me to!

Hey, I did that now whenever I log in it it takes me to a blank white page?

Is this the first time you've installed and used videoscribe?

Did it ever work correctly?

Updating Adobe Air might fix the white screen problem. Or uninstalling and reinstalling videoscribe.

Carly, are you still having problems or did Mike's suggestion of updating Adobe Air and reinstalling resolve this for you?
