I have rendered this VideoScribe 4 times and a specific sequence was perfect...now I rendered again (didn't change anything in the sequence) but the timing is off on an element coming on too soon - reminder, I didn't change anything. It's fine in the VideoScribe, but screwed up on this most recent rendering. SO BUGGY! Where do I even start to investigate this since it was fine previously. Seems like every time I render this a new glitch appears. Any words of advice - besides find a more stable program?

Save your work file to the cloud folder, tell customer support the name of it and mention at what time signature the problem(s) occur.
