I'm having trouble importing a Scribe into Prezi. Is my Scribe corrupt?

I have successfully imported two Scribes into one Prezi previously as AVI or WMV.

But this time around I keep getting the "file type not supported" error inside Prezi. I've tried AVI, WMV and MOV. I even tried converting the video into MP4 and it worked , but I end up with black horizontal bars top and bottom.

Any ideas? please?

I eventually used HandBreak to convert to MP4 from avi, as WMV was a little unstable.

Seem to be working fine now.
