I saw in the Ideas and Feature Requests area that publishing as mp4 has been implemented. Did I read that right, and if so, should I be able to do it with version 2.3.4? Right now I don't see mp4 as an option for movie format when publishing.

Hi,
If you render to sho.co, you can download the video from sho.co (website) as an mp4 I believe. Use your videoscribe login information for the sho.co site.
The other option is to render and MOV or AVI and use a third-party video editing program to convert it.

That's correct, if you choose 'Share Video Online' when you publish our servers do the work rather than VideoScribe on your machine being occupied by a render and you can then download the finished product in up to Full Hd as a MP4
