Hi! 
I wanted to try VideoScribe, so I subscribed to the 7 Day Trail. 

But after downloading it several times, after downloading Adobe Air and checking all other possible problems I still can't open it ... 

Well ... I can open it but unfortunately its only white.

Any ideas?
I'd really like to try this Software before purchasing it ..
