Hi, I am on version 2.3.3 for Mac and I am unable to render a 30 seconds video. It advances well untill freeze on a screen: "Creating video. No time remaining." This sounds great. The only thing: The video never gets created.

I have renamed the file. Restarted VideoScribe. Nothing.

The file is saved online "perfecta-navidad-2"

Please help ASAP,

It may take a while before you get a reply from customer support due to holidays and the weekend.
