I have a trial version of videoscribe and the program froze while I was recording voice over. Now I closed the program and want to open and edit the scribe from the file that I saved on my laptop. How do I do this? 

If you exported the scribe file to your laptop you can re-import it to work on it again. Instructions on how to do this can be found here
