I'm making a scribe to present in a lecture. Will it work okay on a projector ? I don't want to find it is too small to see or it is incompatible with the projector.

Probably.
Pro members can render video as large as 1920x1080 (HD). I think free trials and ipad app users have smaller size limitations that might still be big enough. Aside from that, it may just depend on how well you use the program and how you scale your images and text.
If you are not sure, you could import 1 image and type some text into videoscribe, set the animation time for about 30 seconds, and then render the video at whatever size you want and test it on your projector.
Hope that helps, Mike (videoscribe user)

(or you could stream some videoscribe videos from youtube to test it)
