Hi. No matter how much I lower the music, it always drowns out my voice.  How do I correct this?  

The controls are not as responsive as they once we're since the update of the music Library UX in v3.5. We have this logged with the development team (ref VISC-571) so this is something we are aware of and are looking to rectify in a future update.
