Hola, estoy utilizando los 7 días de prueba y ya termine mi video, pero en el momento de descargarlo no me lo permite. Hice lo que menciono Andy Hardyman pero no me funciona, me pide la versión Go Pro, y tampoco me deja descargarlos en youtube ni en face book. Gracias.

VideoScribe advises 'For some reason we cannot upload your video to YouTube. Check your internet connection and try again.'

If you get this error message, you will need to set up your channel profile on your YouTube account:

Log into your YouTube account

Select ‘My channel’

Complete the profile set up

You may need to verify your account under channel status. 

Your channel is now ready for uploads from VideoScribe

If you are having a different issue uploading to Youtube, please advise what is happening at the point of failure.

Hola, me he descargado la versión de prueba, tengo el proyecto dentro y no me deja acceder con mi cuenta porque he superado los días de prueba, como puedo recuperar mi trabajo?? Gracias.

You need to publish your work in order to access it after your trial has expired. You will not be able to log-into VideoScribe to edit that project without a subscription.
