Can you remove the Video scribe logo from the published video?

As a Pro user, any scribe files that you publish will not have the VideoScribe logo.

Any scribes files published during the trial will contain the VideoScribe logo.

I'm pro and i see after upgrading to 2.3 the logo !!!!

1) make sure your upgrade has completed successfully. click "Your Account" at the bottom of this page to see if your account has been upgraded to Pro
2) if your account is pro, make sure you are logged into videoscribe software using the same account.
3) Open your scribe and create a new video from your scribe
4) If your account is not Pro the contact customer support about your payment.
5) (If you are paying for EDU instead of PRO you cannot remove the logo)

1) Oh. My mistake. I thought you meant that you upgraded from free to Pro. But you are saying that the logo only started appearing after you updated from the previous version to version 2.3

2) You could try uninstalling 2.3 and installing the previous version again, if you think there is a problem with the new version.

3) customer support works Monday through Friday during UK business hours if you want to raise a support ticket.

I created account of videoscribe but not open why videoscribe
