I'm illustrating how to complete a form by filling in each field separately with the hand/pen feature. After each field is written into, the hand disappears and comes back up for the next field. Is it possible to keep the hand in view as it fills in the whole form? 

You could import the form into inkscape or illustrator, write in all of the text as stroked paths (or fonts converted to outlines) and then delete the form and save all of the words as a single SVG file.
