When I started the download of file onto my laptop , Norton took over and Quarantined the file before removing it as unsafe !
I have now received an email asking why I haven't started using it ! how do I get it resent as Norton has eaten it and won't give it back :)
and why would it feel that it is not a safe area/file

If your antivirus is blocking the download (from this website), ask the maker of the antivirus how to get around that problem.
If you think something else is preventing the download (from this website), describe your operating system, your browser, the symptoms and the error messages much more specifically.
Hopefully it goes without saying that you should only download Videoscribe from the official website and not from any other websites or links on other sites that might actually contain a virus.

You can click the "DOWNLOAD" link at the bottom of the page to download videoscribe again.
You might be able to ask the makers of Norton antivirus why it would do that.

Hey guys,
I have the same problem, but even if I disable Norton or use one of the given options by Norton to to start the download it´s not possible. Any ideas :)?
Thanks in advance Dominik
