subscription help


I purchased my subscription today from my trial, but when I try to use the plumber picture it says I need to purchase a subscription.  Please help.

1) restart videoscribe and login again.

2) If you had more than one trial account, make sure you logged into the correct (upgraded) account

3) if you still have trouble RAISE a TICKET to contact customer support directly
