image & text on same view

Hello, how do I create a single image and text on be on the same canvas with Video scribe? I want want the image drawn then the text without zooming from one to the other.

1 person has this question

 Hi,

(for the desktop version of the software)
To import 2 elements with the same camera position:

1) Import the first image or the text.
2) position it where you want it.
3) click the "set camera" icon
4) import the second image or text.
5) IMMEDIATELY click the "set camera" icon before doing anything else

OR

If you already have two items in your scribe and you want them to have the same camera position:
1) click the thumbnail image of the first item twice to move the camera to the position for that item.
2) click the thumbnail of the second item ONE time to select it.
3) click the "set camera" icon to set the same camera position for that item.

You may want to watch the tutorial videos for more  basic information about using videoscribe.

Mike, Thanks, unless I am missing a trick or two, the camera icon is missing from the iPad verson.
Yes that's right, the tips above are for the desktop version.

for the ipad version, you would have to combine the text and the image into one jpg, png or svg using a program like GIMP or INKSCAPE.

Hello sir,

I am facing a problem-

I added some text & then added 4 images from my computer. After this I moved the canvas to create next slide and added some text & one image.

Now, My problem is- After doing all this, when i played this -

It is first showing me the very first text of mine & then instead of showing 4 below images, It is showing text - which i created on another slide, then its showing its image & after that it is going to the first slide again to show those 4 images.

Why this is not coming in series & how can i solve this problem?

Thanks

Saurabh, India

videoscribe generally shows the elements in the same order they appear in the timeline at the bottom of the screen. You can rearrange them in the timeline to change the drawing order.

If that does not answer your question, you'll probably need to save your project to the cloud folder and Raise a Ticket to contact customer support, or save your project as a .scribe file and attach it here for help from videoscribe users.
