I'm trying to log in to trial the tool and it say I have to upgrade to pro and I have 6 days and 23hrs left on my trial. Not a good experience so far. Suggestions?

You will see this message if a free trial has been used on that computer before. Are you aware of a free trial being used on that computer before? Are you able to try logging into VideoScribe on a different computer?

I can't download free VideoScribe, and i try again, and nothing happned.

Hi Ribeiro,

What happened when you tried to download the VideoScribe installer file? Did you see any error messages? What did they say exactly?
