I would like to suggest a library of "documents". I have this for other work, and it's basically the same object with the word "Tax Bill", "Birth Certificate", "Receipt", "Plan", "Shopping List" and so on at the top, with a blank example for us to enter our own when necessary.
VERY quick to produce, and VERY useful for business style courses.
