Hi, I cant seem to manually save my work. Further to this it will just crash at any point. Help!

Hi,
Crashing is usually the result of oversized image, excessive camera settings or a few other things, all of which can be avoided. Here are some tips: TIPS to help you avoid or fix crashes, freezing or problems working, rendering or saving.

Hi, as soon as we include a short music track we do not have any chances to save.

Same answer....
here's a newer version: TIPS to avoid crashes, freezes, failure to render or erratic behavior (2015)

If you want customer support to look at it for you, then save your work (without the music) to the cloud and tell them the name of it. You could also attach your music file here if you think it is part of the problem.
